Waterjetting

USS maintains a state-of-the-art Flow Mach 500 5-Axis abrasive waterjet. Widely considered the gold standard in waterjetting, our Mach 500 with Dynamic XD® and HyperJet® technology is capable of cutting up to 12” thick material at 94,000 PSI with incredible precision (+/- 0.003 tolerance). Our HyperJet technology is capable of cutting 3 times faster than traditional waterjets.

USS also maintains a Flow Flying Bridge which is capable of cutting at 60,000 PSI.

Field Installation

We are a union contractor affiliated with Ironworkers Local 580, Local 11, DC9 Glaziers, and Local 282 Teamsters.

Our experienced field teams are responsible for the installation of USS fabricated products, which allows us to provide an end-to-end solution for all your fabrication and installation needs.

CNC Hydraulic Press Brake

Our shop also has (2) AMADA Hydraulic Press Brakes (242 Ton and 187 Ton) capable of bending up to 1-1/4” A36. Our CNC press brakes utilizes a series of independent AC-servo motors which are bi-directional and highly efficient for precision bending and forming.
